The client is looking for a business analyst who acts as the functional Salesforce reference within a squad responsible for the wealth management advisors’ CRM. The role covers the full cycle: scoping and design workshops, user story writing, process and journey modelling in Salesforce, acceptance criteria and UAT support, then deployment support. The mandate is specific about the FSC landscape: lead conversion, opportunity, activity and appointment processes, and the Account, Household and Financial Account data model. The profile must also hold their own with executives and governance committees, and help remove blockers in complex CRM integration contexts. The T-Shape mention opens the door to configuration tasks without making them the core of the role. The mandate contains no qualifications section (years, degree, language, certification).
Target candidate: a Salesforce business analyst who has led the functional side of at least one Financial Services Cloud implementation or evolution, able to run workshops with business units and translate needs into user stories traceable through deployment. Exposure to the FSC data model and integration issues is what sets them apart from a generalist CRM BA.
Key Requirements:
- Functional CRM Salesforce advisor role (business analysis)
- Financial Services Cloud processes (lead conversion,
opportunities, activities, appointments)
- Impact analysis: processes, data model (Account, Household,
Financial Account), integrations (APIs, satellite systems)
- Gathering, documenting and validating requirements (user
stories, epics), backlog prioritization with the PO
- Organizing and facilitating business workshops (scoping,
design)
- Sales Cloud or Service Cloud capabilities
- Salesforce automation (Flow, workflows) and configuration
activities
- Representation before decision-making committees, including
Salesforce governance
- Deployment and adoption support, KPI definition,
cost/benefit analysis

processes.
