Mad Engine Global is looking for an experienced Director of Sales – Canada to lead and grow our Canadian business across apparel, licensed apparel, fashion, and consumer products.
✨ What You’ll Do:
📈 Lead Canadian sales strategy & profitable growth
🤝 Build and expand relationships with key Canadian retailers
👕 Drive apparel & licensed product programs across major accounts
🎯 Identify new customers, categories, licenses & business opportunities
📊 Own forecasting, budgeting, margin & sales performance
👥 Lead and develop a high-performing Canadian sales team
🤝 Partner with Design, Product Development, Licensing, Marketing & Operations
✅ We’re Looking For:
- 8+ years of progressive sales experience
• Strong apparel, fashion or consumer products background
• Deep knowledge of the Canadian retail landscape
- Proven success growing retail accounts & revenue
- Licensed apparel or licensed consumer products experience highly desirable
- Strong retailer relationships, negotiation & leadership skills
