Mad Engine Global is looking for an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our Canadian Sales team! If you enjoy working with product, supporting customers, and keeping multiple priorities moving in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
✨ What You’ll Do:
👕 Support product selection, CADs & presentation boards
📦 Coordinate samples, new orders & order fulfillment
🤝 Partner with Sales, Licensing, Costing & other teams
📊 Manage EDI orders and coordinate with logistics partners
📅 Track orders from receipt through final delivery
💬 Communicate product updates, delays & changes
📝 Support returns, disputes, chargebacks & vendor requirements
✅ We’re Looking For:
- Experience in sales support or a related role
- Strong organizational & multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook & Word
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- A proactive, energetic & detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to commute to Etobicoke, ON or relocate before starting
