The Manager, Investment Marketing is responsible for developing, producing, and communicating the firm’s investment capabilities and product messaging across business channels. This role partners closely with investment teams and key stakeholders to ensure messaging is accurate, coherent, compliant, and consistently articulated.
A core expectation of the role is the ability to leverage AI and emerging marketing/content technologies, using firm-approved tools to scale content production, improve consistency, and increase team efficiency - while operating effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, shifting priorities, and evolving requirements. The role reports to the Director of Investment Marketing and helps maintain and enhance the firm’s strategy/product knowledge bank.
Position Responsibilities:
Investment content development and refresh
- Partner with investment teams to develop and update product and strategy content, including presentations, flyers, and responses to client/prospect queries
- Manage and produce regular product commentary that supports business priorities and client conversations.
AI and technology adoption
- Actively identify opportunities to adopt and expand the use of firm-approved AI tools and new technologies to streamline workflows, improve speed-to-market, and enhance consistency of outputs.
- Help develop, maintain, and manage strategy/product Knowledge Bank inputs/outputs to enable re-use, scalability, and faster response times across teams
Quality, accuracy, and governance
- Conduct data quality, accuracy, and consistency checks to ensure alignment between data, narrative text, and market/product commentary
- Ensure marketing and reporting materials meet internal quality standards and applicable regulatory/compliance requirements.
Thought leadership
- Support the development of appropriate thought leadership content for use across business channels, collaborating with relevant team leads
Stakeholder support and agile execution
- Respond to ad hoc requests from internal partners and investors, adapting quickly to changing needs.
- Manage multiple concurrent deliverables, reprioritizing work as business needs shift while maintaining high quality and control.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- CFA not required; but viewed positively
- 3+ years of investment writing experience
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft clear, credible, client-ready language; strong numeracy and comfort working with investment data
- Demonstrated interest in new technology and AI applications, with the ability to turn ideas into practical, actionable improvements quickly
- Outcome-focused and organized, with strong prioritization skills
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to build effective working relationships with investment teams and internal stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Salary range is expected to be between
$92,900.00 CAD - $142,900.00 CAD
Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
