Job Title: Conformal Coating and Robotics Technician
Reports To: Production Supervisor
Department: Conformal Coating
Rate: $19.10-$20.10
Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday – Friday)
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate automated machinery on conformal coating machine and sprayer
- Basic Manual assembly of Electronic components including complex and high density projects according to assembly books, custom specs and quality standards
- Mechanical Assembly as required
- Component preparation, placement or installation
- Participate in training and certification programs to ensure job knowledge and skills set requirements are updated regularly
- Participate in all team level quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Basic Knowledge of chemical handling and conformal coating materials (experience will be an asset)
- Previous experience on operating automated machinery
- Previous experience working on SMT/TH or Mix Tech assemblies
- Basic communication skills in both written and oral English
- Ability to read and understand assembly documentation
- Solid understanding in IPC 610-A or ANSI-J technical standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
- Organized and detail oriented
- Enthusiasm and ability to work well independently and as part of a team
