🚀 Hiring: Data Management & Reporting Services Lead
📍 Location: Toronto, ON
Contract: 12 Months
Role: We are seeking a seasoned data management and analytics professional to lead reporting, data governance, visualization, and self-service BI initiatives within the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop accurate reports, dashboards, scorecards, and data visualizations.
- Lead Tableau dashboard development and reporting strategies.
- Enable self-service analytics through BI tools, access, and user training.
- Partner with IT to resolve source-system issues and improve data feeds.
- Establish data governance frameworks, data dictionaries, and business rules.
- Drive data quality, security, regulatory compliance, and change initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support informed business decisions.
- Manage projects, timelines, budgets, and service delivery standards.
Must-Have Skills
- 10+ years of experience within banking or financial institutions.
- Expert-level Tableau experience, including complex interactive dashboards.
- Strong data management, analysis, governance, and visualization skills.
- Experience with Power BI, self-service analytics, and reporting tools.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, training, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of IT service management frameworks and regulatory data requirements.
