Responsibilities
- Manage the organization and delivery of key ERP client projects; ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and aligned to scope, quality and business outcomes
- Lead ERP implementation, upgrade, integration, optimization and business transformation initiatives across finance, operations, supply chain, reporting and related business platform areas
- Apply appropriate project delivery methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid approaches, based on project complexity, client environment and ERP implementation needs
- Facilitate project ceremonies and governance routines, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, status meetings, steering committee updates, sprint reviews and retrospectives, where applicable
- Support clients and project teams through ERP discovery, requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, deployment and post-go-live stabilization activities
- Manage assigned budgets, project financials, resource plans and regular reporting on budget burn down, profitability and overall delivery health
- Perform risk and issue management to identify, document, evaluate, mitigate, escalate and communicate project risks, decisions, dependencies and blockers
- Coordinate internal resources, client stakeholders and third-party vendors to support effective execution of ERP project deliverables
- Develop project scopes, objectives, workplans and governance structures while involving relevant stakeholders and confirming business, technical and operational feasibility
- Ensure resource availability, allocation and alignment across functional consultants, technical consultants, client subject matter experts and implementation partners
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, deliverables and status reporting to track progress and support transparent communication
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, cost and business requirements
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques, including ERP implementation trackers, RAID logs, status reports and project dashboards
- Monitor project timelines against targets and adjust where necessary; advise management and client stakeholders of project status and seek clarification on discrepancies, where applicable
- Manage relationships with clients, project sponsors, business stakeholders, implementation teams and vendors throughout the ERP project lifecycle
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, governance materials, decision logs, issue logs, change requests and implementation readiness materials
- Develop a thorough understanding of MNP’s ERP, business platforms and digital services, along with client industries, business processes and operational priorities
- Raise awareness of MNP through discussions at community events, client interactions and company-sponsored functions
- Contribute to the development of new ideas, delivery approaches, templates and work processes to improve ERP project delivery quality and consistency
Skills and Experience
- Completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, preferably in business, information systems, computer science, engineering or a related discipline
- Completion of additional certifications, such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum or ERP-specific certifications, is considered an asset
- Minimum of 7 years of proven project management experience, ideally with ERP implementation, business systems transformation or enterprise application delivery projects
- Experience leading ERP projects involving finance, accounting, operations, supply chain, professional services automation, reporting or related business process areas
- Experience with ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Sage Intacct or similar business platforms is considered an asset
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, JIRA or similar platforms
- Background in business process improvement, budgeting, project financials, stakeholder management and project reporting
- Ability to work with clients to understand requirements, current-state processes, pain points and future-state business needs, and translate them into clear project plans and deliverables
- Understanding of ERP implementation phases, including discovery, solution design, configuration, data migration, testing, training, cutover, go-live and stabilization
- Solid understanding of technical delivery concepts, integrations, data, reporting and enterprise application environments
- Highly organized and able to manage competing priorities, timelines and expectations across clients, leadership, project teams and third-party vendors
- Strong communication, facilitation and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage both business and technical audiences
- Bilingual in English and French is strongly desired

This is a current opportunity with a hiring range of between $90,000 to $115,000 depending on skills and experience level.
