We’re expanding our facility by 90,000+ sq. ft. and investing in new technology as we continue to build our team and take on new projects. With this growth comes an exciting opportunity for a Field Labourer to join our field services installation team.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys getting out of the shop and working on different projects and job sites.
Travel is required and depending on the location and scope of the project, you may be required to stay out of town in hotel for a few days, or on a rotation, if longer time is required.

Responsibilities
- Operate grinders, power saws and other hand tools
- Accurate use of square, levels, angle finder and other measuring tools related to specific area (in both Metric & Imperial)
- Work at heights as required
- Operate mobile equipment, e.g. forklift, skid steer
- Installation and erection of steel, troubleshooting installation and finding solutions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of company trucks at all times to ensure a professional and safe work environment
- Take responsibility for the care and proper use of field trucks, tools, equipment, and trailers, including safe storage and transport

Requirements/Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, sketches, procedures and practices
- Must be willing to work overtime and occasional weekend shifts
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions, indoor & outdoor
- Must have good time management skills
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs. and be on feet for long periods
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to speak, read, write and understand English clearly
- Possess problem solving skills

We offer competitive starting wages beginning at $22/hour, with final rates determined by your experience, skill level, and how well you align with the role.
