Job Title: Manager – 3D CADD & Revit Implementation
Summary of Scope of Work and Deliverables
- Ensuring the successful implementation, administration and continuous improvement of 3D CADD and Revit systems;
- Establishing and maintaining standards, procedures, templates and workflows for digital design development and management;
- Leading digital design modernization initiatives supporting capital and operating programs;
- Managing implementation plans, budgets, schedules and resource requirements for 3D design technology initiatives;
- Developing strategic technology roadmaps supporting future engineering design requirements;
- Monitoring industry developments and recommending improvements to digital design practices;
- Provides technical leadership for the implementation and support of Autodesk Revit, Bentley MicroStation, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Navisworks and any other associated digital design technologies utilized throughout the Engineering, Construction and Expansion (ECE) Group
- Accountable for developing and maintaining standards, procedures, workflows, digital design libraries, and governance frameworks that support the planning, design, construction, rehabilitation, operation and maintenance of facilities, systems and infrastructure.

Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Revit, including demonstrated experience leading Revit implementation.
- Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit, including the development and administration of templates and standards.
- Demonstrated experience leading organizational adoption of Revit, including implementation planning, technical support and continuous improvement.
- Working proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D, Navisworks and Bentley MicroStation.
- Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining CADD/BIM standards.
Education and Assets
- Postsecondary education in engineering, architecture, information technology or related discipline.
- Certifications like: Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation, professional architect registration or Project Management Professional (PMP) are preferred but not required.
