A career as a Project Leader in the EVO-IT team at National Bank means acting as an orchestrator to deliver our technology projects and create value. Your job - Manage and implement large-scale technology projects prioritized by the sector, while creating an environment that fosters motivation
- Continuously optimize the use of project resources to achieve the sector’s objectives
- Diagnose problematic situations, intervene, and get involved in resolving complex issues by ensuring solutions are put in place
- Identify and manage project risks and issues on an ongoing and proactive basis
- Produce the various reports needed to track project progress and provide status updates, while adapting communication to the audience
- Ensure alignment between IT and business teams regarding the various interdependencies affecting your project
- Act as a transformation agent to promote our values and maintain constant communication with all internal and external stakeholders.

Prerequisites- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or 5 years of relevant experience
- At least 2 years of experience as a project manager in a large organization
- Experience facilitating workshops as well as coaching
- Comfortable working in an Agile delivery model
- Knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
Languages: French, English
