Rubicon Health Solutions is looking for a full-time Delivery Driver to join our team in Regina, Saskatchewan
Responsibilities:
- This Pharmacy Delivery Driver role includes in-store duties and is not a commercial driving position. A company vehicle is provided.
- Perform pickups and deliveries of medications and medical supplies throughout Regina
- Complete required daily reports ensuring delivery slips are signed and submitted
- Handle daily bank deposits and ensure all outgoing mail is properly postmarked and sent
- Maintain accurate monthly delivery records and totals
- Ensure the safety and proper condition of the company vehicle
- Maintain organized cold storage with accurate inventory
- Ensure sufficient stocking boxes are available on site.
- Assist with stock organization and movement.
- Coordinate merchandise transfers between stores and warehouses.
- Break down boxes daily for pickup.
- Empty garbage bins in all store areas as needed.
- Perform minor floor cleaning (vacuuming/mopping).
- Maintain store exterior: sweep sidewalk, pick up garbage, clean windows and handrails, shovel snow.
- Conduct minor repairs (e.g., light replacements, fixture fixes).
- Coordinate repairs and order replacement parts with management approval.
- Replace water cooler jugs.
- Assist the Pharmacy Manager/Store Operator with various tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Trustworthy and dependable, with a high level of professionalism
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers and team members
- Ability to follow procedures and guidelines accurately
- Ability to lift and maneuver large packages
- Hold a valid provincial driver’s licence with a safe driving record for the past 3 years
- Driver’s abstract (dated within 30 days) required
- Criminal Record Check required
Schedule:
- 40 hours per week (Full-time)
- Regular working hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
