Devops Requirements:
o Platform engineering with strong cloud infrastructure fundamentals - Google Cloud Platform (GKE, Networking, Compute, Storage, IAM/WIF, BigQuery, Cloud Logging)
o Development proficiency in Golang and Python - for platform tooling, automation, and microservices
o GitLab - CI/CD pipelines, repo administration at scale
o Terraform - IaC authoring and management across many projects/teams
o Kubernetes - hands-on operational and architectural depth (GitOps/ArgoCD, RBAC, custom controllers)
o Team handling - proven experience managing and growing a distributed engineering team
o Experience with OpenTelemetry collector fleet management & OpenTelemetry in general
o Observability stack experience (Prometheus/VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, PagerDuty)
o Exposure to AIOps/FinOps practices
o Experience with Backstage or other internal developer platforms
