What You'll Bring
- Bachelor of Nursing degree.
- Current practicing registration with BCCNM as an RN or RPN.
- Advanced clinical specialty preparation.
- Three years of recent leadership or management experience and four years of recent clinical nursing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid BC Driver's Licence.
- Strong leadership, communication, critical thinking, and team-building skills.
