Are you interested in business process improvement, supply chain operations, and how technology can transform the way organizations work?
As a
Digital Transformation Co-op, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting initiatives that improve business processes and enhance the technology solutions used across Nova Scotia Power's supply chain operations.
During the
Winter 2027 Co-op term, you'll work closely with our ERP Supply Chain team, Procurement professionals, and business partners to support system enhancements within Oracle Fusion. You'll contribute to projects that improve efficiency, streamline processes, and help teams adopt better ways of working. Along the way, you'll develop valuable skills in business analysis, project coordination, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and change management.

What You’ll Do
- Support ongoing ERP Supply Chain projects by creating reports, testing solutions, and preparing project materials.
- Analyze business processes and work with senior team members to create process documentation and presentations.
- Develop business cases to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis to support project objectives and recommendations.
- Create and maintain project documentation and reports.
- Participate in team meetings, presentations, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Collaborate with Procurement and project stakeholders to support ERP enhancement initiatives.
- Apply business analysis, project management, and change management methodologies to support projects from initiation through completion.
- Contribute to problem-solving activities by helping identify issues, recommending improvements, and supporting continuous improvement efforts.
- Support other project-related activities as required.
Who You Are
We're looking for a curious and motivated student who enjoys working with people, processes, and technology to solve business challenges. You will be a strong candidate if you:
- Are currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Business, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Operations Management, or a related field, and are eligible for a Winter 2027 co-op work term.
- Have an interest in digital transformation, business analysis, supply chain operations, or continuous improvement.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Are comfortable working with data and using insights to support decision-making.
- Have strong communication skills and can collaborate effectively with stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
- Are proficient with Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility to support changing project priorities and stakeholder needs.
- Have experience with supply chain, procurement, inventory management, supplier management, or process improvement initiatives (considered an asset).
