- Support candidate screening and shortlisting activities under the guidance of Talent Acquisition Specialists, reviewing qualifications against job requirements and helping identify top candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews by communicating with candidates and hiring managers, booking calendars, arranging meeting spaces, and sending confirmations.
- Promote job opportunities through job boards and other recruitment channels.
- Support various recruitment-related projects and initiatives as required.
- Develop knowledge of recruitment best practices, HR functions, and internal systems through hands-on involvement and day-to-day team support.
Who You Are
We're looking for an organized, customer-focused student who enjoys working with people, coordinating multiple activities, and learning about recruitment and human resources. You will be a strong candidate if you:

- Have experience using SharePoint and applicant tracking systems such as iCIMS, which is considered an asset.
- Have previous experience in a recruitment environment, which is considered an asset.

- Can work with minimal supervision while effectively multitasking and prioritizing work.
- Have strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Bring a proactive attitude, positive energy, and eagerness to learn.
