Position: Senior Brand Manager, One Degree Organics Reports to: VP Marketing
We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to join our Marketing team. This role is responsible for leading the development and execution of brand strategy and marketing initiatives for One Degree Organics driving sustainable growth, strengthening brand equity, and delivering commercial results.

Brand Strategy & Insights
Act as a brand leader across the organization, driving cross-functional alignment with Sales, R&D, Compliance, Operations, and Finance
Brand Communications & Digital
Own Brand Communications producing engaging, compelling, and consistent brand communication material and drive social/digital media efforts, including all earned media
Support e-commerce and digital shelf strategy, including retail media, marketplace content, and DTC presence
Ultimately accountable for consumer inquiries and complaints, with the team responsible for day-to-day responses via social media, email, and phone

Team Leadership
Lead, coach, and develop team members, fostering accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
Travel and Work Expectations
This role will follow the company’s broader working expectations, including required in-office presence, and may on occasion require work outside standard hours, including weekends, as the job requires.

Salary - $94,000 - $118,000
