How You'll Create Impact
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual, with great interpersonal skills to facilitate the numerous collaborations with teams and clients. As Systems Designer/business analyst, you will be responsible for computer assisted surgical system design including design inputs, risk management, verification and validation, research and development in Robotic platform solutions. You role will also include developing complex systems, which include software, mechanical and electronic design.
Responsibilities include :
- Design & Development Plan,
- Risk Management Plan,
- Act as a leader for Verification & Validation (V&V) Plans and usability engineering activities,
- Define User Needs,
- Design Inputs,
- Structure development activities,
- Identify project risks and define critical pathways up to product release,
- Support product related post market engineering (sustaining activities).

- Experience in product development and release from early prototyping to final product release
- Strong experience in system design in a multi-disciplinary organization
- Strong experience in identifying and mitigating risks associated to products
- Eight to ten years of experience working in a highly regulated industry

Nous sommes à la recherche d'une personne passionnée, capable de travailler en collaboration avec divers acteurs et équipes et ce, de façon autonome. En tant que concepteur/analyste de systÚme, vous serez responsable de la conception de systÚmes chirurgicaux assistés par ordinateur, y compris les données d'entrée de conception, la gestion des risques, la vérification et la validation, la recherche et le développement de solutions de plateformes robotiques. Vous gérerez également le développement de systÚmes complexes, incluant la conception logicielle, mécanique et électronique.
Vos responsabilités incluent :
- Le plan de conception et de développement,
- Le plan de gestion des risques,
- La responsabilité entant que leader des plans de vérification et de validation (V&V) et les activités d'ingénierie de l'utilisabilité ;
- La définition des besoins des utilisateurs,

Votre parcours
- Licence en ingénierie ou dans un domaine scientifique connexe. Génie biomédical un atout,
- Vous possédez une solide expérience en conception de systèmes dans une organisation multidisciplinaire,
- Expérience en développement et mise en marché de produits, du prototypage initial à la mise en marché finale du produit,
- Solide expérience dans l'identification et l'atténuation des risques associés aux produits,
- Huit à dix ans d'expérience dans une industrie hautement réglementée.
