As a Delivery Associate at Payzant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the building materials they need - safely, accurately, and on time.
Every day brings something different as you load and unload materials, prepare deliveries, move products throughout our yard and warehouse, and assist with deliveries to residential and commercial job sites. Whether you're using carts, forklifts, or your own hands-on skills, you'll help keep our operations running smoothly while delivering outstanding service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work in compliance with laws and regulations, attend and complete all required health and safety training, report all accidents, and take every precaution reasonable to ensure personal safety and the safety of others.
- Inspect and load various products.
- Lift and manage heavy loads, repetitive in nature.
- Handle carrying drywall with care, without damaging or dropping it.
- Use proper lifting techniques and stretching to prevent injury due to repetitive lifting.
- Assesses delivery sites for potential hazards.
- Work alongside driver/boom truck drivers or other carriers in a two-person lift, maximum 160 lbs.
Skills & Qualifications:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under strict time-lines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team with minimal supervision.
- Physical lifting ability to lift and carry 75-100 lbs.
- Ability to work outside in variable temperature and weather conditions.
