MEDITECH READY Application Analyst
Pivot Point Consulting is looking for experienced MEDITECH READY Application Analysts to join our growing healthcare technology team. We’re seeking hands-on MEDITECH professionals who understand clinical workflows, can work effectively with healthcare organizations, and are ready to help clients optimize and transform their MEDITECH environments.
What You’ll Do
- Provide application analysis, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization for MEDITECH READY solutions.
- Partner with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to translate workflows and business requirements into effective application solutions.
- Support implementations, upgrades, enhancements, testing, go-live, and post-production stabilization.
- Analyze issues and develop practical solutions that improve clinical and operational outcomes.
- Develop and maintain application documentation, workflows, test scripts, and training materials.
- Collaborate with project, technical, integration, and client teams to deliver successful outcomes.
- Provide expert guidance and best practices throughout the MEDITECH lifecycle.

Experience with one or more MEDITECH READY application areas, including:
- Expanse Patient Care Management
- Expanse Ambulatory
- Expanse Emergency Department
- Expanse Pharmacy
- Expanse Laboratory
- Expanse Radiology
- Expanse Financials / Revenue Cycle
- Expanse Scheduling
- Expanse Patient Access
- Other MEDITECH clinical, financial, or operational applications
What We’re Looking For
- Proven MEDITECH application analyst experience, with hands-on READY/Expanseexperience strongly preferred.
- Experience with MEDITECH implementations, optimization, upgrades, or support.
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and EHR environments.
- Ability to work independently and confidently with clients and project teams.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- MEDITECH Magic-to-Expanse migration experience is highly desirable.
- Experience supporting healthcare organizations in North America, the UK, or Europe is an asset.
