Junior to Intermediate Project Manager - Job Description:
This role involves project coordination and delivery support for a large-scale transformational initiative. The focus is on project delivery and governance support, ensuring alignment with project objectives, schedules, and deliverables.
Junior to Intermediate Project Manager - Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day project management and coordination activities.
- Coordinate project tasks, activities, work packages, and dependencies.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules and plans.
- Track and follow up on action items, risks, issues, and decisions.
- Support project governance processes and prepare status reports.
- Facilitate project meetings and document outcomes.
- Liaise with project team members, stakeholders, vendors, and leadership.
Junior to Intermediate Project Manager - Mandatory Skills:
- Three (3) to seven (7) years of IT project management experience.
- Project management education and/or certifications (PMP).
- Experience in vendor management and working in a PMO environment.
- Proficiency with project management software.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Solid organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proven project and resource planning capabilities.
Junior to Intermediate Project Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with SaaS cloud solutions implementation.
- Experience working on an agile or hybrid project.
- Proven ability to analyze complex problems and find innovative solutions.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and management skills.
- Experience in cross-functional project teams.
Junior to Intermediate Project Manager – Assignment Length:
The term of the contract will be for an initial eighteen (18) months with the option for two one (1) year renewals.
