Senior Consultant
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Consultant with a strong background in Transformation and Operating Model design to support large-scale business transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate has an Operations or HR background, strong process-thinking skills, and experience working directly with clients while owning key deliverables.
What You’ll Do
- Support the design and implementation of Target Operating Models (TOM)
- Assess current processes and help design improved future-state processes
- Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Support broader business and operational transformation initiatives
- Work directly with clients to understand requirements, challenges, and priorities
- Take ownership of deliverables and drive work through to completion
- Apply structured, logical, and process-oriented thinking to complex business challenges
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working on large-scale transformation initiatives
- Background in Operations, Human Resources, or a related functional area
- Hands-on experience with Target Operating Model design and/or implementation
- Experience in process design, process improvement, and SOP development
- Strong client-facing experience with the ability to independently manage and own deliverables
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
- Previous experience within HR and/or Payroll/Pay transformation
- Experience supporting HR operating model, process, or technology transformation initiatives
