Proficiency in JIRA, backlog management, sprint planning, and Agile reporting.
Experience managing workspace setup, migration readiness, and deployment planning.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders across business, technology, governance, and operations teams.
Strong skills in issue resolution, risk management, dependency tracking, and escalation management.
