We’re looking for our next Manager Corporate FP&A. Could It Be You?
Working under the direction of the Director, Corporate FP&A, this individual will collaborate with other finance teams and the business to lead the budgeting process at QFG, including the consolidation of various businesses and legal entities. This role will also be in charge of business management reporting and related variance commentary.
To succeed in this role, the candidate must have hands-on experience leading budgeting cycles, a solid understanding of consolidation and management reporting processes, and excellent Excel/ Google Sheets skills.

In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Leading the annual budgeting process at QFG, including working with other finance teams and business unit/ subsidiary finance teams on assumptions alignment and inputs gathering

Liaising with the business on KPI tracking, ensuring data is accurate and provided on a timely basis

Preparing business management reporting deck on a monthly basis, including business entity level headcount and P&L reporting and related commentary

Proactively identifying areas of process improvement/ automation to optimize the budget and business entity reporting process

Preparing ad-hoc financial analysis and modelling as necessary

Have a post-secondary degree in a related field

Have a professional designation (CPA / CA, CFA) is required

Have 5+ years related work experience in FP&A

Have proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite products, including high proficiency with Excel/Sheets

Have an Understanding and willingness to use AI tools, such as Gemini or Claude
-
Have excellent communication skills

Have a results-driven attitude

Have a strong ability to multitask and work well under pressure, maintaining strong attention to detail, and prioritizing work within tight deadlines

Have a strong ability to coordinate with multiple finance and business stakeholders across the company

Have strong organizational and analytical skills

Have strong knowledge of financial systems, particularly NetSuite and EPBCS; knowledge of Anaplan is an asset
Compensation Information:

Base salary range: $115,000 - $125,000

The final compensation package will be commensurate with the successful candidate's experience, skills, and geographic location (Canada). It includes a comprehensive benefits plan and a competitive incentive (bonus) program for Full-Time Permanent roles.
