QuiikMart is looking for an Operations & Logistics Co-Founder to help build the operational backbone of the business.
We are building a grocery marketplace focused on making it easier for people to access ethnic grocery stores, while helping stores grow through better technology, delivery, and operations.
I’m looking for someone who can take ownership of the logistics and execution side of the company and help us build systems that actually work at scale.
This is not just a coordination role. I’m looking for someone who can think deeply about how orders move, how stores fulfill, how delivery should work, and how to make the whole system reliable and efficient.
You would help lead things like:
delivery and fulfillment operations
courier and logistics strategy
store onboarding and operational workflows
order flow design and exception handling
service levels, speed, and reliability
scaling the marketplace operationally across stores and customers
building repeatable processes for daily execution
Ideal background:
strong in operations, logistics, supply chain, marketplace ops, retail ops, or last-mile delivery
able to turn messy early-stage operations into structured systems
understands how to manage fulfillment, dispatch, customer issues, and delivery performance
practical, sharp, and execution-focused
based in Toronto or close enough to work together in person when needed
This role is best for someone who wants to be deeply involved in building a real company from an early stage, not just advise from the side.
