Quik’s Farm Ltd. is a cut flower grower based in Chilliwack, BC, with over 20 acres of indoor and an additional 35 acres of seasonal outdoor growing space. Quik’s Farm is geared towards the intense production of cut Chrysanthemums, Oriental Lilies, Alstroemeria, and other seasonal crops utilizing state-of-the-art growing systems and leading-edge technology to produce high quality products for our diverse customer base throughout Western Canada and the Pacific Northwest USA. We are currently hiring for a Team Lead in Bouquet Production. The Bouquet Production Team Lead is responsible for the daily operation of their assigned bouquet production line. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on preparing the line for production, guiding and motivating employees, completing the daily production list, and achieving established efficiency and quality standards. Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the assigned bouquet production line and provide hands-on support.
- Prepare flowers, materials, equipment, and staffing for the daily production list and upcoming menus.
- Complete scheduled production items on time and track progress.
- Communicate production updates, delays, and outstanding work to the BPM.
- Coordinate smooth menu transitions and minimize downtime.
- Assign tasks, train employees, and provide ongoing direction and coaching.
- Motivate staff and promote teamwork, accountability, and respect.
- Achieve established bouquets-per-hour targets for each machine.
- Address workflow interruptions, material shortages, and staffing concerns; escalate when needed.
- Maintain quality standards according to the production manual and Quality Control Attendant’s feedback.
- Correct quality issues promptly and guide employees to prevent recurrence.
- Maintain clear and efficient radio communication.
- Keep machines and surrounding work areas clean, organized, safe, and presentable.
- Report equipment and maintenance issues promptly to the BPM.
- Ensure employees follow safety procedures and use equipment appropriately.
Qualifications And Requirements
- Experience in bouquet production, manufacturing, or a similar production environment.
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate employees in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to coordinate work across a team.
- Ability to identify production issues, respond promptly, and recognize when escalation is required.

Work Location: In person
Wages Offered: $20-23 / hour
This position may require you to work on Saturdays and Statutory holidays. There will be no Sunday work.
