SCM Coordinator – Contract
Our Calgary-based client is seeking an SCM (Supply Chaing Management) Coordinator on a 4-month contract to support procurement and supply chain operations through the administration of purchase orders and contracts, vendor onboarding, competitive sourcing activities, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring efficient and timely business operations.
Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To
- Issue Purchase Orders and Contracts for projects, corporate and operations.
- Manage active PO's and close out
- Manage deadlines and ensure appropriate communication is provided
- Interact with the SCM team, accounts payable, other internal stakeholders and supplier(s) as required to effectively perform the work
- Support vendor set-up requests
- Issuing RFP's and completing commercial bid evaluations
- Reviewing or drafting contracts
- Other administrative or special requests as required to support the efficient operations of the SCM Department
Your strengths include:
- College degree, diploma or certificate in Supply Chain Management or other applicable area.
- Minimum 2 years SCM experience in a buyer role.
- MS D365 system knowledge is preferred.
