Account Analyst (Billing & Customer Service)

What is in it for you:
- 6-month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
- Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.
- Hybrid position with 3 on-site days per week, subject to change.
- Approximately 2 weeks of on-site training.
- Rotating shifts within call centre hours.
- Monday to Friday operating hours: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
- Saturday operating hours: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Responsibilities:
- Handle approximately 50 inbound billing-related calls per day.
- Provide customer service support to licensed insurance advisors, contact centre staff, insurance branch staff, and customers.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with insurance partners and underwriters.
- Support inbound billing inquiries.
- Communicate clearly, effectively, and empathetically with customers by telephone and email to resolve issues.
- Interpret customer needs and respond appropriately and professionally.
- Gather relevant information systematically to support customer inquiries and facilitate seamless interactions.
- Take ownership of customer relationships through service and commitment to follow through on inquiries.
What you will need to succeed:
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a contact centre environment.
- Professional telephone and email communication skills and etiquette.
- Proficiency with word processing software.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency with web-based programs.
- Proficiency with Windows applications.
