Responsibilities
Leads crews and subcontractors, coordinates construction activities with the superintendent, and plans construction methods, materials, and equipment. Inspects work for compliance and quality, manages deficiencies and corrective actions, completes site documentation, enforces safety requirements, and communicates professionally with the client.
Requirements
Requires a valid CCQ competency card, at least five years of heavy residential or multi-residential construction experience, and knowledge of OHS standards, MEP stages, finishing work, and plan reading. Candidates should be proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel, know Procore, and demonstrate leadership, autonomy, organization, problem-solving, and teamwork; MS Project knowledge is an asset.
