Reporting directly to marketing leadership, you'll play a key role in executing digital marketing initiatives, social media campaigns, content creation, agency coordination, and brand-building activities across multiple lines of business. This is an opportunity to join a team that is actively expanding its internal marketing capabilities and investing in long-term growth.
The organization is looking for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution. You'll have the opportunity to contribute ideas, take ownership of projects, and help shape marketing initiatives while working alongside a collaborative team.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Vancouver and requires regular in-office attendance.
Responsibilities
- Planning, coordinating, and executing social media campaigns across multiple channels
- Creating digital and print marketing assets to support business objectives
- Ensuring marketing materials remain consistent with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Coordinating marketing projects and campaign deliverables across internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure projects are delivered on time and on brand
- Monitoring campaign performance and providing recommendations based on engagement and performance data
- Supporting community, sponsorship, and event-related marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of marketing, social media, or digital marketing experience, including visual asset creation
- Familiarity with social media management tools (Notion, Later, Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and / or Canva
- Financial Services or other regulated industry experience
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
- Strong organizational and communication skills
