We are seeking an experienced OpenText / NetIQ Identity Management Consultant to provide specialized onsite administration and configuration support for a client located in Ottawa.
This is a task-based engagement requiring advanced technical expertise with NetIQ Identity Manager (IDM) and OpenText Advanced Authentication (AA). The consultant must be capable of completing assigned technical tasks independently in a secure client environment.
Responsibilities
- Administer, configure and support NetIQ Identity Manager and OpenText Advanced Authentication.
- Complete technical configuration and administration tasks assigned by the client.
- Configure and maintain identity-management workflows, policies and integrations.
- Support user provisioning, deprovisioning and identity synchronization across connected systems.
- Configure and troubleshoot multifactor authentication methods and access controls.
- Investigate and resolve platform, authentication and identity-management issues.
- Document configurations, completed activities and technical recommendations.
- Work independently while coordinating with client stakeholders and technical teams.
- Perform all required work onsite at the client’s Ottawa location.
Required qualifications
- Advanced-to-expert hands-on experience with NetIQ Identity Manager (IDM).
- Advanced experience with OpenText Advanced Authentication (AA).
- Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management, account provisioning and directory synchronization.
- Experience configuring IDM workflows, policies, drivers and integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills within complex enterprise environments.
- Ability to receive task-based assignments and deliver them independently.
- Located in the Ottawa area and available to work onsite.
- Existing Top Secret security clearance is strongly preferred.
- Candidates eligible to obtain Top Secret clearance may also be considered.
