Marketing Assistant

About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team in Vancouver. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, creative, and enjoys working on a variety of marketing projects in a collaborative office environment.
The Marketing Assistant will support day-to-day marketing activities, help coordinate campaigns and promotional projects, and work closely with the wider team to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning and coordination of marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Support the creation and organization of marketing materials and promotional content
- Assist with social media and digital marketing activities
- Coordinate marketing projects, deadlines, and day-to-day deliverables
- Conduct basic market research and help identify relevant trends and opportunities
- Assist with event, promotional, and community marketing initiatives
- Help maintain consistent branding and messaging across marketing materials
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other marketing documents
- Track project updates and provide support with campaign reporting
- Work with different departments to coordinate marketing initiatives
- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and audience engagement
- Support additional marketing projects as required

- Previous experience in marketing, communications, events, sales, administration, or another people-focused environment is an asset
