We are seeking a highly experienced
Senior Business Analyst with extensive expertise in business requirements gathering, business process reengineering, Agile methodologies, user story development, business modelling, enterprise business architecture, stakeholder engagement, and I&IT solution delivery. The successful candidate will lead business analysis activities, facilitate workshops, document functional and technical requirements, support UX and solution design, conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses, manage change processes, and ensure alignment with Ontario Public Service (OPS) standards, corporate I&IT strategies, and enterprise architecture guidelines.

Must Have

Responsibilities
- Provide I&IT business analysis services to clients with diverse business and technological needs.
- Engage business stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather, document, and analyse business requirements.
- Prepare and recommend business analysis policies, processes, best practices, and standards to ensure consistency across the organization.
