Senior Change Management Consultant with experience in developing communication plans, change management strategies, and training plans. The ideal candidate will have strong presentation and group facilitation skills, experience applying structured change management methodologies, and the ability to engage diverse internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will support organizational transformation initiatives, manage stakeholder engagement and resistance, measure change adoption and success, and help ensure the successful implementation of modernization initiatives.

Description
Deliverables
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following deliverables:
- Provide expertise, consultative advice, and guidance on change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Develop and implement change management strategies, plans, and frameworks.
- Lead, develop, implement, and/or provide input into the development of stakeholder assessments, stakeholder engagement strategies, and resistance management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead, develop, implement, and/or provide input into the development of sponsor roadmaps, communication plans, and training plans throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure alignment of change management activities with participating stakeholders to remove change barriers, facilitate the adoption process, and contribute to problem-solving, resulting in successful implementation.
- Support senior leadership by developing strategies to foster consensus among clients, partners, and stakeholders to adapt to changes and align with the Ministry’s modernization strategy.
- Identify potential people-related risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop plans to mitigate or address concerns.
- Provide strategies, methodologies, and tools to measure outcomes and the success of change implementation and adoption.
- Develop plans for continuous improvement based on assessments of change success throughout the project lifecycle.

This position is listed as
Onsite. The resource is expected to work 7.25 hours per calendar day between the standard working hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, excluding lunch breaks, every Monday to Friday inclusive, at the identified Ontario Public Service (OPS) office location.
Extension/Amendment Attestation: Extensions are permitted only to the extent of unused contract days and/or remaining contract funds. No additional funds will be added beyond the maximum contract value, including any extension options set out in the original Statement of Work (SOW).
