We are seeking a
Senior Solutions Designer – CRM with extensive hands-on experience in designing, developing, configuring, supporting, and maintaining Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud, Salesforce Dynamic Forms, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Velocity platform capabilities, including Flex Cards, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures, Calculation Matrices and Procedures, Omni Scripts, and the Velocity Data Model. The successful candidate will contribute to complex CRM implementations, system integrations, accessibility compliance, technical documentation, testing, and application enhancements while ensuring alignment with business requirements, architecture frameworks, security standards, and Ontario Public Service (OPS) guidelines.

Must Have

Description
Deliverables
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following deliverables:
- Ensure accessibility standards are met in accordance with AODA.
- Design hosting technology solutions based on the client's service specifications, standards, policies, and best practices.
- Plan, implement, and support complex CRM systems.
- Document processes and technical designs and update build books.
- Configure and integrate Salesforce with other applications using web services or other mechanisms.
- Ensure application solutions are developed and implemented in accordance with business requirements.
- Design, develop, and implement web applications that work across modern browsers, various platforms, and mobile devices.
- Conduct research and assess options for technical design issues.
- Contribute to design and development project plans, including work breakdown structures and resource estimates.
- Ensure unit testing meets expected functionality requirements.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and defect management.
- Ensure compliance with architecture frameworks, system standards, and Agile Development Methodology.
- Apply leading-edge technologies and design criteria, including usability, security, and privacy for web and mobile applications.
- Provide knowledge transfer and documentation as prescribed by the Project Manager and Manager.
- Develop and maintain system design models, program code, technical documentation, and specifications.
- Ensure application solutions are developed and implemented in accordance with business requirements.
Experience And Skill Set Requirements
- Public Sector Experience - 5%
- Maintain and support healthcare systems, including Long-Term Care, Electronic Medical Records (EMRs), Hospital Information Systems (HISs), Clinical Assessment tools, and systems compliant with Ontario Healthcare Reporting Standards (OHRS).
- Understand personal health information protection legislation and its application to healthcare systems containing personal health information.
- Salesforce Experience - 30%
- Design and configure Salesforce solutions using hands-on implementation experience.
- Hold Salesforce certifications, including Platform Developer I, Omni Studio Developer, Experience Cloud Consultant, and Administrator.
- Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Configure and implement Salesforce Dynamic Forms.
- Design, Analysis, Development and Configuration - 35%
- Support, develop, maintain, and configure Salesforce solutions.
- Configure and troubleshoot Salesforce implementations and integrations with subsidiary systems in development and production environments.
- Integrate Salesforce with other applications using web services and other integration mechanisms.
- Design and support prototypes and proof of concepts.
- Perform root cause analysis to troubleshoot and resolve defects, incidents, and technical issues.
- Document build books, collaborate with implementation teams, and define performance measures for new environments.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis between high-level requirements and Salesforce Public Sector capabilities.
- Perform diagnostics and identify appropriate approaches to incident management.
- Implement solutions compliant with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
- Work with Velocity platform capabilities, including Flex Cards, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures, Calculation Matrices and Procedures, Omni Scripts, Velocity Data Model, and Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Integrate Salesforce with internal applications.
- Apply knowledge of Salesforce security settings, governor limits, and platform limitations.
- Implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices in Salesforce projects.
- Work in Agile environments using epics, user stories, features, and story points.
- Apply knowledge of MuleSoft integration technologies.
- Management and Communication Skills - 15%

This position is listed as
Onsite. The resource is expected to work 7.25 hours per calendar day between the standard working hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, excluding lunch breaks, every Monday to Friday inclusive, at the identified Ontario Public Service (OPS) office location.
Extension/Amendment Attestation: Extensions are permitted only to the extent of unused contract days and/or remaining contract funds. No additional funds will be added beyond the maximum contract value, including any extension options set out in the original Statement of Work (SOW).
HSC may exercise its option to extend the SOW beyond October 5, 2027, provided that the Master Service Agreement is extended. Any such extension shall be on the same terms, conditions, and covenants as those contained in the SOW.
