Original job description

Description

The Experience

In the Recruiting Coordinator role you will successfully partner with both our Talent Delivery and Hiring teams in order to provide best in class candidate experience. You will be a subject matter expert in all areas of the interview lifecycle and will use your expertise to influence and drive an optimum interview experience for all partners. This is a high-impact role which will provide exposure to all business units within Salesforce at both a regional and global level. In addition to interview scheduling, this role will provide the opportunity to get involved in high potential projects thus maximizing opportunity for internal growth.

This is a 6-month contract role based in a hub office on a hybrid schedule. Onsite presence is a key part of this role, with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office - and the flexibility to be onsite more frequently as business needs require.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

Own the interview scheduling process across multiple business units at both a regional & global level, including phone, virtual, panel and onsite interviews of varying complexity
Manage all interview logistics, including travel (flights & accommodation), candidate reimbursements and greeting candidates at your designated office hub, keeping candidate and hiring team experience top of mind
Support interview compliance by auditing Employment Agreements before they are issued and ensuring Background Investigations are completed before the candidate start date
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers at all levels, and use Tableau & RC dashboards to share insights, educate teams on scheduling best practices, and contribute to regional and global projects aligned to the Global RC vision

You're Our Person If...

A team player at heart who collaborates with team members regionally & globally to drive the success of the Recruiting Coordinator team
Great communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with cross-functional stakeholders of all levels in alignment with our core values
Strong passion for delivering best in class Recruiting Experience / Customer Service, with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing tasks across business units and regions in a fast paced environment
Growth mindset, self sufficiency and resourcefulness to solve problems amid ambiguity, plus the ability to give and receive feedback aligned to our High Performance Culture Framework

Even Better If...

1+ years of experience in a customer/client facing industry
1+ years of experience in an operational or administrative role
Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.)
This is a 6-month contract role based in a hub office on a hybrid schedule. Onsite presence is a key part of this role, with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office - and the flexibility to be onsite more frequently as business needs require.
