Oversee payroll adjustments, reconciliations, and reporting for various business units.
Serve as a system administrator for Dayforce, troubleshooting issues, maintaining employee data, and collaborating with support teams for enhancements.
Support audits, compliance requirements, and Workers’ Compensation Board (WCB) reporting.
Proactively monitor legislative changes and contribute to process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
Additional responsibilities as assigned and required.
