We’re looking for an Adjuster II (Property) to join our team.
We hope you consider applying if you:
- Can review, investigate, and analyze claims with sound judgment, accurate decision making, strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and solid technical acumen.
- Have strong customer service and communication skills, including the ability to effectively manage and resolve highly escalated customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Possess knowledge of property and liability coverages and policy wordings, and can apply that knowledge to make informed technical and financial decisions that support organizational objectives.
- Are a quick thinker who can effectively negotiate outcomes while balancing policy, risk, customer needs, and business considerations.
- Are adaptable and embrace change, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvements and adjust to evolving procedures and priorities.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team, fostering positive relationships and contributing to shared goals.
- Want to leverage your leadership skills for good by supporting SGI's culture, expanding your own learning, mentoring colleagues, and helping others navigate change.
Typically, these skills are gained through a two-year diploma in a relevant field of study, like Business, and three years of experience comprised of at least two years property adjusting and one year insurance related experience.
