Work Location: Regina, Head Office. This role is eligible for hybrid – this means you’ll have the flexibility of working from home and in the office (In Regina), on a scheduled rotation once training requirements have been met. Until then, the successful incumbent will be expected to work on-site, full-time.
Work hours: 3 days a week, 12-hour days on rotation 7:00 am – 7:00 pm and 7:00 pm – 7:00 am. (Note: during training, work hours will vary from this schedule.)
Pay Range - $62,006 - $78,249.00

We're looking for an Operations Analyst to join our IT Operations team. As an Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in maintaining the health, stability, and performance of our IT environment. You'll be at the forefront of IT operations, monitoring systems, responding to incidents, investigating issues, and helping prevent future disruptions. You will also work across teams to ensure business-critical services remain available, secure, and reliable while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen our technology environment.
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Have knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and core IT operations practices.
- Understand IT service management (ITSM) principles and ITIL practices, including incident, problem, and request management.
- Have experience using ticketing systems and supporting technology services.
- Understand of IT monitoring, operational support, and service delivery processes.
- Demonstrate strong technical troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Pay attention to detail and exercise sound judgment.
- Can communicate effectively with diverse audiences, translating technical concepts into practical information.
- Can prioritize competing demands and adapt in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Are curious, collaborative, and committed to helping deliver great value to users.
Typically, these skills are gained through a two-year diploma in a relevant Information Technology field of study, or defined equivalency, along with one to two years of experience in a service desk, desktop, or a related IT field.
