Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain guest suites to company standards and individual preferences, and coordinate personalized in-suite dining, amenities, housekeeping support, laundry, packing, and other guest requests. Maintain guest records and assigned areas, support reservations, and communicate with supervisors and departments to ensure prompt service recovery.
Requirements
Requires at least two years of butler or guest-facing experience in a luxury environment, fluent English, and conversational ability in an additional language. Candidates must have professional butler or luxury service certification and demonstrate emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, food and beverage knowledge, formal dining and silver service expertise, and understanding of ultra-luxury and VIP guest expectations.
