Hard and Soft Skills Required
- Hard skills:
- PeopleSoft (hands-on config, mapping tables, flag changes)
- Functional and technical Level 1 troubleshooting
- Acceptance criteria gathering and UAT sign-off
- Excel for data tasks; Power BI a plus; Jira management
- Soft skills:
- Stakeholder relationship building across HR and IT
- Clear communication to senior and non-technical audiences
- Accountability and ownership end-to-end
- Strong organization and documentation; comfort switching tasks rapidly
- Profiles to avoid: HR admin, payroll analyst, or purely strategic/BA backgrounds
- Minimum 4 years' experience; 5-7 preferred for seniority and ability to push back on IT
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not a hard policy; manager will consider strong experience without one
- French not mandatory; English required; Spanish a plus
- PeopleSoft developer profiles may be considered if soft skills are strong
