For more than 60 years, our organization has supported members of over 44,000 unions and associations, including educators, first responders, healthcare professionals, veterans, and other working families.
Our team helps members understand supplemental benefit programs available to them and provides clear guidance throughout the process.
The individuals you’ll work with have already requested information, so this role does not involve door-to-door prospecting or traditional cold calling. Your focus is on connecting with interested members, understanding their needs, and helping them make informed decisions.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work with members remotely through scheduled phone and video appointments. Your responsibilities will include:
Contacting individuals who have requested information about available benefits
Scheduling and conducting virtual appointments through Zoom or phone
Reviewing coverage options and answering client questions
Helping families determine which solutions best align with their needs
Assisting with digital applications and required documentation
Following up with members and maintaining long-term client relationships
Using established systems, scripts, and training resources
Participating in ongoing coaching and professional development
Working toward individual performance goals and advancement opportunities
The goal is to provide members with a professional, informative, and supportive experience from their initial appointment through ongoing service.
