Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst with strong Capital Markets expertise to support a US Treasury Clearing (USTC) program.
The successful candidate will have deep knowledge of OTC derivatives, Repo, collateral, margining, trade products, risk methodologies, and the trade lifecycle. Experience working with vendor applications supporting OTC and Repo margining is highly preferred.
This role will focus on analyzing and implementing changes required for new vendor modules, integrations, data flows, testing, and go-live activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze features and requirements for new vendor modules supporting the USTC program and margining of sponsored clients.
- Assess changes required to existing systems and integrations with upstream and downstream applications.
- Perform detailed requirements analysis and create user stories.
- Support system testing, UAT, and regression testing.
- Define data ingestion and data publishing requirements.
- Collaborate with technology and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly documented and delivered.
- Support cutover planning and go-live preparation.
- Analyze impacts of vendor application upgrades and new functionality.
- Work closely with stakeholders across Capital Markets, technology, operations, and risk functions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of overall professional experience, with extensive Capital Markets experience.
- 14+ years of Capital Markets experience is highly preferred.
- Strong, in-depth knowledge of Capital Markets.
- Hands-on experience with OTC and Repo margining.
- Strong understanding of:
- Risk methodologies
- Trade products
- Trade lifecycle
- OTC derivatives
- Collateral and margining
- Experience with requirements analysis and documentation.
- Strong user story writing experience.
- Experience with system testing.
- Experience with UAT and regression testing.
- Experience with data ingestion and data publishing.
- Experience analyzing system changes and integrations across upstream/downstream applications.
- Specialized knowledge of OTC and Repo Margining modules within vendor applications such as Colline/CMOS is highly desirable.

- Education or coursework in Finance would be an asset.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be a senior Business Systems Analyst with significant Capital Markets experience and a strong understanding of OTC derivatives, Repo, collateral, margining, and trade lifecycle processes.
The candidate should be comfortable translating complex business requirements into technical/system requirements, working with vendor applications, supporting testing activities, and coordinating go-live and cutover activities.
Key Project
The role supports a US Treasury Clearing (USTC) initiative involving enhancements and upgrades to margining functionality, including new vendor modules and associated system integrations.
Team & Opportunity

Work Arrangement
The role is currently hybrid, with approximately 2 days onsite per week. The onsite requirement may change in the future, so candidates must be flexible regarding the number of onsite days.
