To get there, we’re driven by a few simple beliefs.
We believe:
- that the work comes before our egos: we listen, welcome challenges, change our minds when the evidence demands it, and give credit generously.
- in being direct, respectful, and useful - sharing clear, constructive information early enough for colleagues and leaders to make sound decisions.
- in being rigorous and pragmatic: checking the details, challenging assumptions, understanding the wider business context, and balancing accuracy with the realities of time, budget, and delivery.
- that the best work is created together, through effective collaboration with colleagues, studio leadership, project teams, clients, suppliers, and external partners.
- in taking ownership of outcomes, not just tasks - maintaining reliable records, meeting commitments, protecting confidentiality, surfacing risks early, and bringing practical solutions to the table.
- in staying curious and continuing to learn, improve our processes, share knowledge, develop our professional skills, and help others understand the information they need.
- in trusting clear direction and accountability: leadership is responsible for the health and future of the business, while every team member is responsible for carrying out their role with care, sound judgement, and a high standard of professionalism.
that these values help us build trust, make better decisions, support our creative teams, strengthen the studio, and create an environment where great work can thrive.
