- Monitor website availability and performance using Core Web Vitals, Real User Monitoring (RUM), CDN logs, and synthetic testing.
- Lead incident response, troubleshoot customer-facing website issues, and perform root cause analysis.
- Manage vendor escalations and coordinate incident resolution with third-party service providers.
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines, Git-based deployments, release controls, and rollback procedures.
- Develop and test disaster recovery plans for content sources, repositories, and CDN configurations.
- Define and monitor Service Level Objectives (SLOs), availability targets, performance metrics, and recovery objectives.
- Identify and resolve performance issues involving JavaScript, CSS, third-party scripts, and web integrations.
- Establish configuration-as-code practices and automate operational procedures.
- Maintain operational documentation, audit evidence, access controls, and compliance records.
- Collaborate with development, security, network, production support, and business teams to improve platform reliability.
Required Qualifications

- Experience with monitoring, alerting, synthetic testing, and Real User Monitoring (RUM).
- Strong knowledge of web performance engineering, Core Web Vitals, browser rendering, and JavaScript performance.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and configuration as code.
- Experience managing production incidents, root cause analysis, and service reliability.
- Understanding of disaster recovery, change management, access controls, audit requirements, and operational risk.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
