Hiring: Senior Project Administrator
Location: Ottawa, Ontario, Onsite (5 days a week in office)
Duration: November 23, 2026 – October 22, 2027 (possibility to extend)
Hourly Rate: $40/hour - $55/hour (based on experience)

**SECRET Security Clearance REQUIRED**
Responsibilities:
- Act as a central coordination point for activities, facilitating communication among stakeholders, monitoring progress across multiple workstreams, tracking risks, issues, decisions and dependencies, and supporting project governance activities.
- Coordinate engagement among stakeholders supporting Campaign Plan NIGANI through governance boards, working groups and stakeholder meetings.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, roadmaps, trackers and dashboards.
- Monitor and report on project progress, milestones, risks and issues.
- Track decisions, action items and dependencies.
- Prepare briefing notes, presentations, reports and correspondence.
- Conduct research and analysis to support project planning and decision-making.
- Provide recommendations to management regarding project status and implementation activities.
Must Haves:
- Post-secondary education
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience within the last 5 years supporting the planning, coordination, monitoring, and reporting of projects.
- Must hold a current and valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

- Specialized education which will improve the quality of services to be provided;
- Additional certifications which will improve the quality of services to be provided;
- Additional experience which will improve the quality of services to be provided;
- Knowledge of relevant government policies or procedures which will improve the quality of services to be provided; and
- Better proficiency in one or both official languages which will improve the quality of the services to be provided.
