Stafingo is seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to support a large-scale digital transformation initiative. This is an excellent opportunity for a UX professional with strong experience in UX research, service design, usability testing, accessibility, and user-centred digital product design.
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, improve digital experiences, translate research into practical design solutions, and deliver high-quality UX artifacts across multiple workstreams.

Pay Range: $65/hr T4 – $85/hr INC

About the Role :
The Senior UX Designer will contribute to the research, design, validation, and continuous improvement of complex digital products and services.
You will be responsible for understanding user behaviours and needs, identifying experience challenges, developing research and design artifacts, and working with product, business, technical, and other stakeholders to create intuitive and accessible digital experiences.
This role requires someone who can comfortably move between UX research and hands-on design, while also facilitating discussions, documenting findings, analyzing workflows, and communicating recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and execute UX research activities to better understand user needs, behaviours, challenges, and expectations.
- Develop research plans, interview guides, usability testing scripts, participant criteria, screeners, and supporting research materials.
- Conduct a variety of research activities, including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, heuristic reviews, and secondary research.
- Analyze and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research findings into clear themes, insights, pain points, opportunities, and recommendations.
- Translate research findings and business requirements into practical user-centred design solutions.
- Develop user flows, task flows, information architecture, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Create personas, journey maps, service blueprints, ecosystem views, and current- and future-state experience models.
- Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities to improve processes, usability, efficiency, and overall user experience.
- Collaborate with product, business, technical, communications, change management, and vendor teams throughout the design lifecycle.
- Facilitate or support workshops, discovery sessions, design discussions, and stakeholder working sessions.
- Validate proposed designs and workflows through usability testing, stakeholder reviews, and iterative feedback.
- Incorporate research findings and stakeholder feedback into evolving design solutions.
- Review digital product and vendor deliverables for usability, accessibility, consistency, content clarity, and adherence to UX standards.
- Conduct accessibility reviews and help ensure digital experiences meet AODA and WCAG 2.1 Level AA expectations.
- Work with design systems, UI standards, reusable components, pattern libraries, and established design guidelines.
- Support the development and review of user-facing content and UI copy where required.
- Coordinate translation-related activities and review translated interface content when applicable.
- Clearly document research findings, design decisions, assumptions, risks, recommendations, and outstanding issues.
- Prepare decision-ready documentation and presentations for project teams, leadership, and other stakeholders.
- Provide regular status updates regarding progress, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and potential blockers.
- Ensure UX artifacts are completed according to established templates, processes, governance requirements, and approval procedures.
- Contribute to knowledge transfer by maintaining clear documentation and walking project teams through completed research, designs, and recommendations.

UX/CX Research – 7+ Years
Candidates should have extensive experience conducting end-to-end UX/CX research, including:
