Our organization is seeking an experienced and highly qualified Senior Network Manager to oversee our network infrastructure and ensure its reliability, security and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a process-oriented background, with at least 5 years of experience in a management role for a large organization.
As Senior Network Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of network professionals, developing and implementing network policies, procedures and standards, and ensuring our network infrastructure meets the organization's needs at all of our 49 locations worldwide.

What youâll do:
Position Requirements:
- Must be authorized to work in Canada
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a management role for a large organization, and 10+ years overall in IT or network engineering
- Thorough understanding of network architecture, protocols, and technologies, including LAN, WAN, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and wireless networking.
- Proven experience in managing complex network infrastructure projects from conception to implementation.
- Experience with network monitoring and performance analysis tools.
- Familiarity with security best practices and compliance regulations, such as PCI, HIPAA, GDPR, MACRED and NIST.
Preferred Characteristics:
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a process-oriented approach to management.
- Cisco networks knowledge preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or CISSP are a plus.
- Some domestic and international travel required.
