Stellar Recruitment is looking for a Business Analyst – Business Change Support to support major Payroll and Scheduling system implementations. This role is ideal for someone with strong Business Analysis experience who has worked across testing, training, UAT, change management, and post-go-live hypercare. You’ll play a key role supporting the implementation of Oracle Payroll and Helm Connect while working closely with stakeholders, project teams, and system integrators. Responsibilities:
- Develop training materials, presentations, manuals, and user documentation
- Develop test cases and scripts aligned with solution design requirements
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and track issues through to resolution
- Support testing, training, and hypercare activities for Payroll and Scheduling stakeholders
- Conduct training needs assessments and evaluate training effectiveness
- Collaborate with Organizational Change Management teams and project stakeholders
- Support integration testing between Oracle Payroll and Helm Connect
- Update process maps and use cases to reflect current and future workflows
- Monitor and resolve system issues during post-implementation hypercare
- Document issues, solutions, lessons learned, and process improvements
- Support post-implementation evaluations and identify opportunities for optimization
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in technical support
- Experience supporting testing, training, UAT, and post-go-live/hypercare activities
- Strong experience developing test scripts, training materials, and user documentation
- Experience working across multiple stakeholders and diverse business units
- Experience with business process redesign and process improvement
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Lean thinking/process improvement experience is an asset
- Experience within the marine industry or transportation/logistics is an asset
Contract length: 6 months
Hourly Rate: $70-80/hour
**Fully onsite in North Vancouver through initial training period, will then be hybrid 3 days on-site, some travel/site visits required**
