Senior Project Manager
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex business and technology initiatives within a financial services environment.
In this role, you’ll guide cross-functional projects from planning through delivery, partnering with business and technology teams to improve processes, products, systems, and operational capabilities.
What you’ll do
- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Coordinate stakeholders across business, product, technology, operations, and control functions.
- Establish project governance, reporting, and communication practices.
- Facilitate decisions, resolve delivery challenges, and keep initiatives moving forward.
- Support readiness and adoption of new processes, systems, and capabilities.
What we’re looking for
- Significant experience leading complex business and technology projects.
- Experience in financial services; exposure to payments or related products is an asset.
- A track record of coordinating cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
- Strong project planning, financial management, risk management, and governance skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with technology modernization or business transformation initiatives.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management experience is preferred.
