Role Overview
We are seeking a Specialized IT Consultant to support
the stabilization, enhancement, and modernization of a provincial digital case
management solution.
The successful consultant will work extensively with Microsoft
Dynamics 365, Model-Driven Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, C#, Dataverse,
and Azure services, with responsibility for application enhancements,
integrations, accessibility, security, testing, and ongoing sustainment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze
business requirements, identify gaps, and recommend appropriate technical
solutions.
- Create
and update business, logical, physical, functional, and technical
architecture documentation.
- Design,
configure, and implement enhancements and resolve defects within the case
management solution.
- Develop
and support integrations with enterprise services.
- Participate
in testing and Quality Assurance activities.
- Collaborate
with business and technical stakeholders to deliver project activities on
schedule.
- Ensure
solutions meet Ontario accessibility, digital service, and applicable
security standards.
- Support
cloud packaging, deployment, migration, and knowledge-transfer activities.
Technical Experience & Skills
- 8+
years of technical solution development, configuration, and
customization experience.
- Strong
hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM, Model-Driven Apps, Power
Pages, Power Automate, C#, Dataverse, and Azure.
- Experience
developing Dynamics 365 case management solutions using forms, views,
dashboards, FetchXML, business process flows, queues, routing, and
role-based security.
- Strong Power Pages experience, including authentication, self-service
forms, Dataverse integration, responsive design, accessibility, and Azure
Blob Storage.
- Hands-on C# plugin development, including synchronous/asynchronous plugins,
transaction handling, FetchXML optimization, security impersonation, and
debugging.
- Experience
with Azure Logic Apps, Function Apps, Key Vault, API Management, Azure
Storage, and Azure DevOps.
- Experience
with Power Automate workflows, integrations, error handling, and
automation.
- Knowledge
of RBAC, FLS, IAM, authentication, encryption, and secure data handling.
- Experience
with KingswaySoft, Oracle-to-Dataverse migration, ETL, SQL, SharePoint
integration, Power BI, ALM/DevOps, monitoring, and diagnostics.
- Knowledge
of AODA/WCAG 2.1 accessibility requirements for Model-Driven Apps
and Power Pages.
Must-Have Requirements
- 7+
years of hands-on technical solution development and configuration
experience.
- Microsoft
Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Power
Apps / Power Pages portal development.
- Power
Automate.
- Microsoft
Azure Services.
- Azure
Storage / Attachment Management integrated with Dynamics 365.
- Portal
development including User Access, Profile Management, and Role-Based
Data Access Control.
Additional Skills
- Strong
testing and Quality Assurance knowledge.
- Excellent
verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability
to work effectively under tight timelines and changing priorities.
- Strong
collaboration across functional and technical teams.
- Experience
facilitating technical discussions, workshops, and knowledge-transfer
sessions.
- Ontario
public-sector QA experience is an asset.
